I have been doing classes with Anushree for last four months. Each class is challenging and diferent, and I enjoy the classes. Though they are online, Anushree pays attention to each posture, whether correctly done. I bave benefited from the classes and have better flexibility and understanding of the asanas/postures journey abead
Anushree is a clam and encouraging yoga teacher her sincerity entbusiasm and honesty comes through her sessions she plan each session well and keeps it interesting although these sessions are online she makes sure she keeps a close eye on our stretches and knows when to push us harder . I wiss her all the success.
I have to commend you on your ability to know your clients so well! You know by looking at me during the class how I may be feeling and are able to correctly help with specific modifications that may make class more enjoyable on such days when I want to rather give up and stop moving.

To be honest, I've never ever been excited about any form of exercise, but the way you conduct your classes makes me miss it on days when I don't have class. I'm really enjoying the process and eventually I do feel I am getting a bit better :
Although Pilates is low intensity workout, but I remember Anu's skill to make it high intensity to an extent that the heart rate would go upto 150-160 and the muscles would be sore for days
I'm blessed with baby girl on Wednesday. We both are doing good. The yoga asanas and breathing exercises helped to achieve baby dilution fast and smooth delivery. Thanks for your guidance Soon I will join your postnatal yoga
I bave been practicing with Anu not for too long but in this short time she bas worked so hard to get me to a certain level of my asanas despite the lazy bum that I am. We work in diferent time zones & yet she has been able to navigate all the constraints to provide me an experience as if we are in the same room while the clas is on. Since I was an absolute beginner to Yoga, I was reluctant to take an online lesson as I felt I needed personal attention. However, a close friend recommended Anushree and I decided to give it a shot. Anu is a simply wonderful and I love to start the day with her. She is forgiving when she knows you are trying yet there is no chance of getting away if you are being lazy. She is always watching & you'll bear a come on come on, just five more" ever so often She has this positive energy about ber that I truly love Would highly recommend her
Hi Anushree..it has been almost 3 months since I have joined the pilates sessions with you. During this time I have experienced considerable increase in my strength and ease in doing daily activities! Initially it was difficult, but with consistency and thanks to you for checking on us constantly to continue our sessions. I must say that you have got a good eye for details even via virtual classes which I really like. This helps in maintaining form and doing the postures correctly. Also, I would say that though the classes seem easy to do, but actually leaves the body sore after. Hopefully with time will get better at it. Will definitely continue and recommend

Needless to say, I am a big fan of your yoga class and don't like missing any. Lately I started your Pilates sessions, and I compared Pilates to Yoga, initially thinking, I don't enjoy Pilates as much. I am pleasantly surprised that I have started enjoying these sessions with you as well! You push us towards better strength with every excercise and I am able to surprise myself. (Like today, when I could touch my chin to the floor in the puppy pose) Thank you so much for your persistence!! You are amazing!
I am so happy I did my prenatal yoga with Anushree as it definitely helped me prepare better for labour & delivery. In fact after 8 hours of labour, I remember through the pain I had a very calm voice in my bead say "You are strong, healthy & blessed". This is exactly what bat Anushree used to say at the end of each class. It was amazing to see how ber classes bad that impact on my mind & body. She is an amazing teacher, calm, passionate sincere. She kept my comfort in mind while at the same time encouraging me to push harder. We did diference asanas almost every class which kept things interesting & fun. I always looked forward to ber classes would highly recommend her to anyone interested in prenatal yoga (or yoga in general). and, ber fitness posts are so inspiring, they keep me motivated to take care of my well-being beyond the classes too.
