At Move with Anu, we are committed to providing you with a fulfilling and enriching movement experience. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Below is our refund policy to ensure transparency and clarity:

1. Class Package Refunds

  • Unused Packages: Refunds are available for unused class packages within 7 days of purchase. A processing fee of 10% will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Partially Used Packages: Refunds for partially used packages will be prorated based on the number of classes attended. A 10% processing fee will also apply.

2. Workshop or Event Refunds

  • Cancellation by Participant: If you cancel your participation in a workshop or event:
  • Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing via email. 5.2 Refunds will be provided as follows: – Full refund: If cancellation is made at least 7 days before the class or course start date. – 50% refund: If cancellation is made between 3-6 days before the start date. – No refund: If cancellation is made less than 3 days before the start date or after the class or course begins.
  • Cancellation by Move with Anu: If the event is canceled by us, a full refund will be issued.

3. Subscription Services

  • Subscription-based services (e.g., monthly yoga or Pilates memberships) are non-refundable. However, subscriptions can be paused or transferred to another individual with prior approval.

4. Private Sessions

  • Rescheduling: Private sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Cancellation:
    • 100% refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session.
    • No refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session.

Refunds due to medical or personal emergencies will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.

7. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
