Hi I’m Anushree ‘ a former media professional turned passionate Movement Trainer. My mission is to guide you toward a consistent and fulfilling movement practice, whether it’s Yoga or Pilates.

Eight years ago, I left the corporate world to follow my calling for mindful movement and fitness. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of teaching Yoga and Pilates to countless individuals, helping them unlock their strength, flexibility, and inner peace.


My journey

My journey with mindful movement began during my postpartum phase in 2015, a time when I discovered the profound connection between the body and breath. What started as personal healing quickly grew into a deeper understanding of movement as a form of medicine. Today, I’m committed to sharing that transformative power with all of you.
As a certified Yoga instructor (Yoga Alliance USA) and specialist in Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, and Hatha Yoga, I bring a blend of styles to my practice. I’m also certified in Pilates, Barre, and Pre-Postnatal fitness, equipping me to support clients at every stage of their fitness journey.
