Enrollment and Registration 2.1 To enroll in a class or course, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate information. 2.2 Enrollment is subject to availability and confirmation from Move with Anu. 2.3 Participants must meet any specified prerequisites for classes or courses, if applicable.
3. Payment and Fees 3.1 Course and class fees must be paid in full before the start date unless otherwise agreed. 3.2 Payments can be made through the methods specified on movewithanu.com. 3.3 Fees are non-refundable unless specified in the refund policy (see Section 5).
4. Access to Materials 4.1 Participants will receive access to course materials upon successful enrollment and payment. 4.2 All materials provided are for personal use only and must not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent from Move with Anu.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy 5.1 Cancellations must be made in writing via email. 5.2 Refunds will be provided as follows: – Full refund: If cancellation is made at least 7 days before the class or course start date. – 50% refund: If cancellation is made between 3-6 days before the start date. – No refund: If cancellation is made less than 3 days before the start date or after the class or course begins.
6. Code of Conduct 6.1 Participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally during classes and interactions. 6.2 Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the class or course without a refund.
7. Intellectual Property 7.1 All class and course materials, including but not limited to videos, texts, and presentations, are the intellectual property of Move with Anu. 7.2 Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of materials is strictly prohibited.
8. Certification 8.1 Certificates of completion will be issued to participants who meet the requirements of applicable courses. 8.2 Move with Anu reserves the right to withhold certification if the requirements are not met.
9. Limitation of Liability 9.1 Move with Anu is not responsible for any technical issues, interruptions, or delays in accessing materials or classes. 9.2 We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in our classes or courses.
10. Privacy Policy 10.1 By enrolling, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. 10.2 Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
